We can cater to those who were at the Twisted Wheel the first time around or to those who just want to hear the upfront hits. This set leans towards the hits, but with a few that you may have heard at Blackpool Mecca back in the day

This type of set can work well as a theme for a whole evening or as a mood setter before a more updated set later. The set below gives an idea of the range that can be included, with a smattering of rock & roll & New Orleans in there too.
We can stick to the classic 50s / 60s period, add a bit of rockabilly or jump blues if required, or we can take it up to the present day with tracks influenced by the sounds of Chuck Berry, Bo Diddley & co, like the list here.
Disco classics from the 70s & 80s. Including Motown Disco, Philly Groove, Loft & Paradise Garage Floorfillers, Hi-Energy & underground disco edits. We can make more of a Boogie Nights party, or cut to the underground with the sort of edits Theo Parrish or Moodymann spin. This is a more straight up party set, with a few funk numbers added to the mix.
This selection leans heavily in the direction of popular 80s electro pop. This could be made more funk/soul or rock based by changing the emphasis.
Whether you want to stick to the authentic early to mid sixties period, or extend to the seventies revival & britpop, the choice is yours. This brief set list adds a bit of everything mod related, plus a few for the rockers too.
This selection mixes classic punk / new wave with 2-tone, ska & roots & rockers reggae in a culture clash style.
A popular genre at bar nights up & down the country at the moment. The smoother end of seventies Philly, 80s soul, garage, rare groove & slammin funk. This type of set can combine well with classic soul, 80s, disco, urban or breakdance to make for a great party vibe.
B-boys (and girls) get your power moves on to this. If youre hip to the game we can bring the noise. If you need someone to scratch up those 70s funk beats weve got several DJs who can do that for you.
Tony Wilson & Rob Gretton may have passed, but their memory can be kept alive at your party! A mixture of Manchester baggy tunes, chicago house & old skool classics. Even if you never made it through the doors, if youre a certain age these tunes will resonate in a way no others will.
Britpop, big beat, drum & bass, hip hop, rave. Yes, its happening already, the nineties revival is here!
Classic late 80s to early nineties vocal house, MAW productions, Hed Kandi, Defected, Trance, Garage, Funky House, Deep House, Tech House & Disco House can all be catered for. This selection is made up of mostly classic retro tunes, with a few more recent sides in that vein.
Indie & alternative classics from the eighties to the present day. Grunge, goth, britpop, punk, emo, etc. This list is a typical indie / rock set we might play.
If you want to keep to the big hits of the last few years we can do that for you, maybe adding a few classic older tracks. This is the sort of set we would play for an 18th / 21st or if youre just young at heart!
R&B, Hip-Hop, Street Soul, Neo Soul. We can mix up some classics, underground & mainstream, add a bit of garage, dancehall, grime & uk funky too, depending on your choice. This list is a party set, including a few from the early nineties, big chart hits, & one or two from the underground.
